Time after Tyme
There is another relaxation app I used to use ant other tried that are now totally commercialized. I really enjoy that Calming Sounds is exactly what it says it is. I set a timer for 65 to 70 minutes and listen to the ocean and I go to sleep. I appreciate the fact that it is not commercialized. The only night I don’t use it are the nights I’m listening to Pandora. Thank you I’ve tried others for a number of years and I’ve settled on yours!

I work as a housekeeper in a care home facility. While I for the most part work alone, I was longing for something that I could listen to that would not be too distracting but calming at the same time. I found this app and it is perfect and offers a lot to choose from. I’m very grateful and I highly recommend it. Thanks for putting something together that offers a more enjoyable and peaceful experience through sound, no talking just peaceful and relaxing sound.

OK This is the first “sounds” app I have tried. I picked a few that didn’t say “In App Purchases”. I guess I should’ve known that there’s a catch. The catches you can only play 10 minutes of any of the sounds. I sampled every one of the sounds and found only one or two that I liked and I didn’t like them enough to pay money for them. Maybe that’s the purpose of these free apps, to see if you like the sounds enough to purchase the non-free version.

Hi. Thanks for your review. There is a slider on the app to set how long to play a sound for. There is no limit on this and you can play forever. Also there is not a paid version for this app. I’m sorry you may not like all the sounds , that is always down to individual taste.
