As the title says, App interface to scan ticket and prepay or credit in and out access doesn’t work. Classic Bait and Switch as the lot advertises $6 max fee for singular visit, or $10 24hr in and out rate. In and out can only be accessed via app, but app will not allow import of ticket or to book new rate / visit at in and out rate. GARBAGE APP!!!
Can’t even see prepaid balance

With the latest updates it’s not even possible to see the balance on a pre-paid subscription. Auto recharge doesn’t work. History doesn’t work. Notifications don’t work. Garbage app. Y

Tried to sign up with 2 different email and never received an activation email. What a waste of my time! Useless app!!!!
This update introduces a new feature designed to give you more control and peace of mind during ticketless parking. You can now disable your license plate directly in the app to help prevent unauthorized vehicle exits.
We've also included general bug fixes and performance improvements to make your parking experience smoother and more reliable.
