Freezes constantly

I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall this app at least 8 times(im sure the number will be higher the more I have to log in)in order to get it load a different page. Also the ‘remember me’ doesn’t actually remember. A password is required each time you log in. I mean it’s nice to not have to log into a laptop to access this booking software but the app is still very, very buggy.

Missing so many functions of the desktop version for everyday use

I love PN, but this iPad app version is not conducive to everyday use without needing a desktop. *Unable to change a current invoice*unable to view old invoices*cannot copy a previous document for current charting like the desktop*unable to view multiple schedules at once*pt check-ins are not in real timethis has a lot of work to do, but I’m hoping they update it so I dont need to use 2 systems.

Most recent version of the app doesn’t even let Face ID load. There isn’t the option under the settings menu on the phone back end for permissions or under Face ID settings. Seems every bug fix they ruin something, but fix nothing.
