Overall the app functions good, but the motion tracking and motion notifications are very inconsistent. I’d also appreciate the ability to sea playback more as clips rather than a sliding view along a timeline. The reason is due to the video playback telling me there is no video when there is. It’s hard to line up the line on the blue, too, unless there’s a wide column. The 15 second forward and reverse also caused you to miss beginnings and tail ends of clips due to all of these.

I just installed my WUUK camera and was having difficulty getting it activated. I called customer service and they went above and beyond in their efforts to help me out.As for the camera, it seems to work exactly as I expected, the picture is clear, I am able to control the camera without difficulty, i can zoom in very easily. I would recommend this camera to my family.

Their cameras are pretty decent IF you can get them to scan and connect… I’ve had multiple that just will not connect no matter what I do! Crazy because I recently bought a 2 pack of pant tilt cameras and one of them scanned immediately and connected with no issue. The second however will not scan or connect. I’ve tried to contact consumer striving multiple times with NO reply! Their customer service phone number always says there’s no one to assist at this moment. If you have any issues you’re pretty much SOL. You can chat with a bot or leave a message to be contacted later, but don’t hold your breath for a reply..

Got WUUK camera system few weeks ago, followed the App instructions to connect and install the system. It’s very easy to use, and the picture is clear both at day and night. There are multiple options to chose in the app to setup the cameras, and easy to review the activities throughout the day. The camera really sensitive and catch all the movements, so you may get too many notifications.
