The app doesn’t work. I’ve been trying to log in and it just keeps thinking. You can access your information on the website.

The App never works the website only works about half the time. I went into it for. 1200 dollar loan. While going through the steps to get approved for the loan they never once tell you a payment a payment date or an interest rate. But I followed through the steps assuming there would be a point where it would say you’re approved your payment is this your interest is this your payback is this due this day would you like to accept terms. Well it never does that it just has you go through a few steps and then approves you without letting you read anything. Come to find out for 1200 bucks they wanted 189 bucks A WEEK. 12 dollars per day interest. That comes out to nearly 800 bucks a month. That’s more than I pay for a 2017 suburban payment that was 50,000 dollars. And they disclose none of this up front.
Crashes IMMEDIATELY after trying to open

With other people complaining about it crashing after they try to open it for the last few months you think they would have that issue fixed by now The app is totally useless if you cannot get it to stay open and I cannot believe they have not addressed this issue because when you’re going to develop an app your customer reviews are critical to its success

Don’t even waste your time you cannot log on through the app it just keeps buffering and as I see this has been an issue. Why won’t ya’ll fix it. I’m having a problem making the payment the little payment button won’t allow me to press it so I thought I would get the app. Well this isn’t better at all I’m still trying to figure out why it’s not working. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND DOWNLOAD THIS IT DOESN’T WORK AND IS VERY FRUSTRATING
