ConsLog Construction Software

Daily logs, RFIs & time clock

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

New: Simple Mode with bigger buttons and plain words, and a crew time clock that reminds you to clock out when you leave the job. ConsLog keeps the job site and the office on the same page. Log daily reports, photos, RFIs and time from the field, even with no signal, and everyone on the project sees it right away. FOR OWNERS AND BUILDERS • Owners: follow every project's progress, daily reports, photos and open items from your phone. • Builders: run your crews, your time clock and your field paperwork in one app. DAILY REPORTS IN MINUTES • Type or talk your report: weather, crew, work done, delays. • Add photos straight from the camera. Each photo keeps its time, location and direction. • Update schedule progress while you report. PHOTOS AND MARKUP • Draw on photos and drawings to point out what needs attention. • Every photo is filed under the right project, ready for the office. ACTION ITEMS • Create action items like RFIs, submittals and punch items on the spot. • Assign them, set due dates and follow them through to done. TEAM CHAT WITH ASK AI • Chat by project, in groups or one-on-one, with photos, files and voice messages. • Ask AI questions about your project and get answers with the sources. CREW TIME CLOCK • Clock in and out by job, take breaks, log loads and miles. • Foremen can clock in their whole crew, and the office approves the week. • Optional reminders to clock out when you leave the yard or a job site. PLANS AND SPECS ON SITE • Open drawings and specs, search them and mark them up. SITE WALKS • Look around 360° site walks right on your phone. SIMPLE MODE • One switch for bigger text, bigger buttons and plain words, made for crews who would rather build than tap. WORKS OFFLINE • No signal on site? Keep working. Everything is saved on the phone and sent when you are back online. Available in English, Portuguese and Spanish. ConsLog works with your company's ConsLog account. Learn more at conslog.com.
