I love this service. My back is grateful! The app makes it so easy to add, remove or skip service!! I don’t have to put my empty bottles in the car, drive to the store, take them out of my car, take them into the store, place them at the station, grab a cart, lift them into the cart, push the heavy cart, wait in line, wait for the assistant for the 1/2 price for bringing back the empty bottles, pay, push the heavy cart to my car, lift the bottles into my vehicle, drive home, carry one at a time up my front stairs (usually 3 times). Now all I have to is leave my empty bottles on my front porch on my delivery date, leave for work, come back, and they are right there waiting for me!! I’m usually the one who has to do this as my husband doesn’t seem to want to help with the chore of maintaining the full or empty bottles but loves the taste of it!! As do I and my daughters. I always feel like our faucet water tastes like dirt! Thank you for the service!! I highly recommend!

I had my previous company ready refresh for 5 years with no issues, and when they got absorbed by Primo everything has gone wrong. I have been without water for one month now. They keep saying my delivery came, but nobody has come yet. I was supposed to get a new machine replaced. I put my old machine out. They took my old machine, but did not give me a new machine. No one can help me. My deliveries have been rescheduled 3 times and no one showed. No one can answer any of my questions about my account or why my app is telling me I’m getting deliveries when I’m not. I am extremely disappointed and now I’m canceling my service and I’m being told that it’s a $50 charge to cancel my service even though the reason I’m canceling my service is because nothing I’m paying for is getting done. I have no machine or water now. My app is still staying I am scheduled for deliveries and there is no option to cancel or reschedule them. I have talked to customer support six times now on the phone and no one can give me the same answer. Everyone’s answer is different. I cannot get a confirmation my account is closed and that I will no longer be charged. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with primo.

Using this app has made managing our delivery so much easier. We require distilled water, and have tried multiple ways to keep our supply at a certain level but have struggled with it until we started using this app. We always keep eight bottles on hand because we go through 4 every 2 weeks, so we keep 4 extra in case something happens with a delivery. This app sends a reminder in the form of a banner to my home screen, and I don’t have to remember a password so I’m able to update my order because sometimes it will vary that we need five or only two or sometimes all eight. We have two standing racks in the garage that hold four bottles each so it becomes cumbersome when we go beyond eight and it gets a little worrisome when we get down to one bottle. Also, our delivery man, Ruben, is awesome. He is always as accommodating as possible. Thank you

We rely on this water service primarily for our baby’s safe water needs but it has been unreliable and shoddy. A couple of weeks before Christmas the delivery guy under delivered and did not take back all the bottles saying he didn’t have space and would come back next week. Never showed up. Customer service claimed to then schedule one for next day. Instead it became a few days later. Which got delayed again and finally never got delivered. This water company has left us high and dry for the holidays without any water. What is the point of a water delivery service of they cannot even deliver? Avoid this unscrupulous company that doesn’t even care or do anything when you complain.Update: Even after complaining to corporate headquarters it’s been crickets. I’ve been close to a month without any deliveries. I contacted my locally owned competing water delivery service instead and it seems everyone in my area has been calling them to switch. Make your conclusion based on that as to how much this company cares about its customers.
