This is the Official Realtor’s MLS app so it’s 100% accurate. It’s the one we’ve been waiting for! It’s So easy to navigate and a great communication tool between realtor/client. If you are a serious buyer or seller in the Denver Metro area this app is a MUST HAVE. You can delete all the rest. You won’t need them anymore.

1. The search function is so bad on this app vs the website. If I wanted to look up "123 S First St" but type "123 First", I won't get the suggested results like the website. (Sometimes the client doesn't know the full address.)2. Whenever I try to search properties by status: (avail/UC/sold), once I input the address, I'll get ALL the unrelated MLS listings instead of just "UC" or just "AVAIL".3. The prior searches are stuck in the search bar even after force closing the app. You have to log out/in in order for that search bar to be cleared, again.

5 stars to REColorado on producing a very cool and useful app. So far the app has been great much better than Homesnap. I also like the auto publish to Facebook listings update tool. Overall the app is awesome for when you’re out in the field.

This app has been so helpful in the first few days- finding listings is easy, scheduling showings is a breeze, and the interface is great. PLEASE ADD AUTO EMAIL SAVED SEARCHES! If somebody favorites a listing, I want to be able to go into the app to look at it. If the text alert could link to that instead of the map, even better.
