HomeRiver Connect App is a mobile-friendly way to communicate and access your community association. HomeRiver Connect allows you to make payments, view your account, and access your community information all in one place.
To login to the App simply use the same email and password you use for the website version. If you do not have a current login to your association website, simply click the register button and submit your information. Once your registration is approved, you will receive an email with a link to set your password and then you will be able to log into your account directly from the app.
If you already have a login and do not remember your password, click the Forgot Password link, enter your email address to request a password reset and you will receive an email with a link to set your password. Once set, you can log in with your email and your new password.
Once logged in, homeowners will have direct access to the following features:
• Easily switch between accounts if multiple properties are owned
• Homeowner dashboard
• Access association documents, meeting minutes, forms, budgets, and financials
• Access association directories
• Access association photos
• Contact us
• Make payments
• Review violations
• Submit architectural applications
• Access your account ledger In addition Board members will be able to take advantage of the following features:
• Board tasks
• ACC Review
• Board documents
• Violations review

Really convenient and easy to use. I like being able to check my balance right from my phone instead of having to get on a computer. It’s nice to have the option to use the app and quickly see my balance whenever I need to. Makes things a lot easier.

Has never worked. Not recognizing your account when logging in will be a blessing compared to when it freezes up in the middle of processing payment and double charges you, causing you to pay your bank an overdraft fee… seriously, HomeRiver_Connect group needs to be gutted like a fish.

Your homeowner and board app has been rewritten from the ground-up to provide you the best experience to interface with your community association. This update improves the app’s performance and lays the groundwork for many new features and enhancements releasing over the next year.
In addition, version 7.9 includes numerous bug fixes and the following enhancements:
• You can now log in with Touch/Face ID. You will be prompted to enable this upon logging in after the update. The biometrics settings can be managed on the Login Preferences screen under My Profile.
• Added Owner/Tenant options to the Registration screen.
• The main menu can now be accessed from a menu button in the bottom right. Previously it was accessed from a hamburger menu in the top left.
• Preferences settings on the My Profile screen.
• You can now access the following new screens within the app:
• Frequently Asked Questions
• Homeowner List
• Photos can now be uploaded from additional apps and locations instead of only from the photo gallery and camera.
• The one-time payment screen now shows the Balance Due.

• Removed the trash can and edit icons from the Recurring Payments screen. You can now tap into a recurring payment to edit or delete it.
