Your mobile-friendly way to interface with your community association
The RowCal Homeowner and Board App is a mobile-friendly way to interface with your community association. You will be able to make payments, view your account, and access community information all in one place.
If you already have a login to your association website, you can login to the App using the same email address and password you use for your association website. If you do not have a current login to your association site, simply click the register button and submit your information. Once your registration is approved, you will receive an email with a link to set your password and then you will be able to log into your account directly from this app.
If you already have a login and do not remember your password, click the Forgot Password link, enter your email address to request a password reset and you will receive an email with a link to set your password. Once set, you can login with your email address and new password.
Once logged in, Homeowners will have direct access to the following features:
a. Easily switch between accounts if multiple properties are owned
b. Homeowner Dashboard
c. Access association documents
d. Access association directories
e. Access association photos
f. Access Contact Us Page
g. Pay Assessments
h. Access violations – add comments and take pictures from mobile device to add to violation
i. Submit ACC Requests and include pictures and attachments (pictures can be taken from mobile device)
j. Access homeowner ledger
k. Submit work orders and check on status of their work orders (add comments and take pictures from mobile device) In addition, Board Members will be able to take advantage of the following features:

b. ACC Review
c. Board documents
d. Violations Review
e. Invoice Approval
I love how easy it is to submit a work order. I don’t like that the biometrics option doesn’t work and I have to enter a password every time even after selecting to use biometrics. Worse yet is I can’t see status updates on the app. Once they take the ticket it disappears from my view. These are pretty basics asks for an app.

It’s a great app to access HOA information however the fee is outrageous. $6.99 paid to the credit card company and I can’t see the help message about possibly making a no fee transaction. If support can please reply to my review with the help message on the payment screen!! Half of the text is cut off for me and there’s no way to make sense of the message.
Limited features and poorly designed UI

This isn’t a property app. It’s a web app wrapped into an “app”. It’s clunky, broken, and doesn’t have many features. It looks more like a web form. It honestly looks like it was designed by some middle school students who recently learned how to build an app. I get that the company bought this off the shelf from an offshore company but gimme a break. Please do better.

I used to be able to access the app and found it to be somewhat useful except for the fact the billing options are not clear to distinguish between ACH and portal payments. This resulted in an under payment and fines. Still pending resolution from Rowcal, their care team isn’t as responsive as one would hope.
Version 10.0 contains the following:
• Redesigned Payment screens to improve user experience and support Apple Pay.
• Cephai now response with an improved response when it cannot answer a question.
• You can now cancel your reservations within the cancellation period from the My Reservations
screen.
• UI improvements & bug fixes.
