Getting a loan isn’t a problem with carbon, repaying will take life out of you. One does not have to wait for due date to start paying off loan, but with response like “ amount is not within range” means you have to pay a certain amount or save it there and wait for them to feel like collecting it… the most disgusting part about it is the numerous emails and calls I had to put through to seek for help with the problem, urging them to allow me start paying as soon as I took like the previous… so self centered they don’t care how demanding paying back gets, all you know is call and ask for payment, never listening, 8 emails no response, why leave a contact email you don’t respond to ? Or complaint as vital as not being able to pay back loan unanswered ?? Customer care service with carbon 😡😡.. they are all BoT’s. Robots 🤖.
No direct customer care

Why is there no direct way to reach you guys in Nigeria? I checked your Ghana website, and I could see there's a customer care phone number. In Nigeria, only WhatsApp chat and in-app support - not even a direct email. This isn't nice. I currently have an issue after making a purchase with my carbon card. For almost a month now, I've been using WhatsApp and in-app support features, and all you keep saying is that I should provide a declined receipt when there was none for the transaction. I also used the card of a different bank at the time of that failed transaction, and they refunded my money a long time ago without asking for any declined receipt. For almost a month now, no solution - a ₦50,000 transaction. You guys need to invest in your customer care service in Nigeria. Not having any direct access to your customer care is terrible. At least I know I will never use your card for any transactions whatsoever with the treatment I've received so far. Fix up. Thanks.

I should have given you a five star rating but I’m not satisfied with the way you reduce your loan amount every time I make a repayment.Your system is supposed to be designed to increase the loan limit if repayment is made and if a customer is never late on payment, but instead it’s keeps reducing.I have been on this app since Feb 2020 at a point my limit got to 50k but after that reduced to 30k and it kept on reducing without any issues on my account. Have never been late on a payment.I recently paid back in full my payment which was supposed to be due next year February hoping to get a higher loan only to be awarded with 4K It’s not speaking well of your app.I use other app and I know how the limit works and keeps growing with each repayment made. The issue is if you don’t apply for that 4K a new loan won’t be available it’s not ok I applied for loan to get a good amount not 4K or 10k like you approve.Have written to your customer service but nothing has been done on it and I’m also sure some of your customers are not happy with that as well Please work on it to have better customer service and clients too.

I’ve been enjoying carbon, not until I find it difficult to log into my account. Actually I Mistakenly pressed on forget pin while trying to use Face ID . I was told to enter my phone number and pin which I did . I expected the OTP to pop in my inbox . After several attempts over 24 hours I did not get any OTP. I sent a mail concerning that, yet still same result . I was told to check my line maybe it’s on DND which might be be cause of me not getting the OTP . But yet it’s the same thing . Till now I couldn’t log in to the app. And I’ve been stranded for days . Because I did not have access to my account to make any transaction.
