My complex just started using this app and the second I saw the email I knew this is a HORRIBLE idea. Tried using the app and every time you try to book something it crashes. This app is completely pointless. What is even the point of “free parking” in a complex if you can’t park in any spot. Spots sit empty because no one is paying for it, if we wanted to pay for parking we have the option for paid parking under a carport for less than what this dumb app costs. Any good review on this app is from either employees from the app, or friends/family and they just repeat the same thing. If you want true reviews look at all the most recent which are all 1 star. I really hope apartments realize what a bad decision it is to use this app and if they value their residents options they would discontinue the use of this app and terrible idea!!! Welcome to the world of subscription… Signed and exhausted working person.

This app and the apartment complexes who use it for their parking situation are absolutely scamming you. It costs 35$ a week, not a month, a week to park in a spot. Also, if for some reason your spot becomes unavailable (yes, your spot is not guaranteed to you even if you paid for it) they will only give you a day to sort it out, then they tow your vehicle. If you call your apartment complex to figure out what happened to your vehicle, they will tell you they can’t help you and it’s on Zark’s end to deal with it. When you email Zark, they’re useless and don’t respond for at least a day or two. If you are thinking of leasing from an apartment using this app, be prepared to spend an additional 150$ on parking a month and expect to get your car towed a couple times, as they have no way of warning you if your vehicle is about to be towed and will pluck it from the lot without you knowing until you’re trying to drive to work on Monday morning.

the paramount platinum started using this app and it’s literally useless. If you do manage to land a space (given they don’t overbook or cancel your space reservation) you’ll most likely have to tow a neighbor because of all the “Unfortunately your parking reservation is no longer available due to a change in availability” going on. Seriously, my neighbor complained to our apartment building that she used it, turned on auto-renew, went on vacation for 3 nights, and they canceled it on night 2. Her car got towed, and sat in the lot accumulating more $$ since it was left there the day it got towed. Not to mention the COUNTLESS times that I’ve waited at 12:00 on the dot for them to release the new spaces and one of three things happen…Best case, you get a spot! Yay. What’s more likely? You push the request through, put in payment, car info (all of this is auto-saved so you can do all this in just under 10 seconds if you have favorite spots) and then the app just sits there…on the last page… forever buffering. OR there’s this fun option where it looks like everything went through and the space was secured, it even tells you “space confirmed” (which is how it looks when you actually get a spot) and then you exit the app..and it’s gone 🙃Using this app at the paramount is virtually impossible. Customer service is virtually non-existent and once argued with me that they “don’t overbook” when the email literally says “no longer available due to availability”. This has to be the 4th bad review I’ve ever written and it’s also the lowest I’ve ever scored and I stand by this. They need to revamp or the paramount needs to part ways with this shoddy and shady app.

This app is possibly the worst. Reserved a spot, they take the money and don’t even give you a spot. It’s a huge scam, and the customer service people are rude when you FINALLY get an email back. I’ve also had the same problem as others about getting the spot taken from me at like 2:00am. Telling me my car may get towed if I don’t move it immediately. Middle of the night, and it’s probably to scam residents and get their cars towed. The apartment complex can’t do anything about it cause it’s a 3rd party, and the customer service is trash so good luck with that. I can see why they have the low rating.
