Ace Parking's convenient parking app will help you find the best parking options in your town. Search for parking or let the app decide where the closest Ace Parking location is nearest to you. Each lot has a description of payment options and the type of parking offered. Other features of the app include:
• Mark your car/Find your car
• Indicate lots as favorites
• Pay for parking (select locations)
• View real time availability through red (full), yellow (filling up), green (plenty of space) color coding (select locations)
For locations that accept payment through the app, enter your vehicle and payment information one time and easily pay for parking with just a couple of taps each time you visit. More robust features coming soon such as monthly parking, parking reservations and special offers!

Misleading rental information at San Diego Parking Ramp at Park 12 The Collection 100 Park Plaza
I purchased earlier today a Parking Voucher which states on the Voucher good from 12:00am to 12:00am Friday, July 26, 2019. Finally located the Underground Parking Ramp entrance after asking multiple people at the location since there was absolutely NO signage. Unfortunately, the Screen Gate was down and apparently closed when we tried to access at 4pm this afternoon. Subsequently after talking to 2 very pleasant ACE employees, we were told that the Parking doesn’t open until 5pm!
So very confused and uncertain why the website and the Parking Voucher that I purchased and printed clearly indicates it’s valid for a 24 hour period!
Apparently this is incorrect, and misleading, and also the Contract Limits of Ace Liability states “No refunds for permits issued after purchase”. I and the other 3 people in my vehicle were greatly inconvenience as we waited around in excess of an hour to park our car, and were able to leave it for just a few hours - like 3 hours, vs. the 24 hours the Contract stated!
While doubtful I’ll ever be able to each someone at ACE to get some satisfaction about their error & misleading Contract and advertising on the App, I hope that common decency would prevail and they’d refund a portion of the Price + ‘Convenience Fee” of $.95!
Confusing to use - clearly they don't know their users
I like the idea of this but it's SUPER confusing. Problem is you don't have much of a choice if the parking kiosk is down.I really have no idea if I paid for what I need to. When you try to pay per hour it just shows you "0 hours" or the all day option. What if I go over an hour? Does it charge me again automatically? How do I know when my hour is up? How can I be confident that I won't get a ticket? And why does the app not list the lot # that is shown on the lot sign? Honestly, the whole thing just stresses me out but like I said, you don't have much choice so you have to deal and hope they improve it.
I got excited I could use the convenience of an app to pay for parking, but that didn’t last long. The app doesn’t offer me the same options as the kiosk at the Parkin lot. But the worse part is that I’m currently waiting by my car for someone to show up because it GOT BOOTED, even after paying for it.
The “use a guest” option should request my email address to send me a copy of my entire transaction, since I can’t see it once payment is made.
