reduced coverage

i have joined felix again as my past experience with their service had been good.but now i find it terribly slow and weak connections in many locations, including at home and on the hume.while it may be cost effective, connectivity is important. a cheaper service that doesn’t provide reliable connections is a waste money.this is strange because i was also a vodafone customer forsome time and was happy with the service so i don’t know why felix service is less reliable.

International throttling is brutal

Pig Squid Reviews
When you run out of data on your international roaming plan, it throttles you so hard that you can’t even access the felix app to buy more data. You’d think this is a scenario they would have considered.

Developer Response
We'll pass this along! If you don't have access to WiFi, we generally recommend purchasing another roaming add-on before the included data is completely used. That'll help make sure you're staying connected on your travels 🙂

I signed up for the app while traveling in Australia. Submitted my passport information. Now I can’t log in and they took the $25 from me. Trying to chat with someone is impossible. The bot says it will transfer to a human and never does. The absolute worst.

Developer Response
We'd love to help get this sorted for you! We have real people online to chat from 9am-6pm, Sydney time. If Mr. Botsy hasn't been able to transfer you to a human, please reach out to us via Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp. - Larissa, team felix
