App is quicker than online process, tho not able to indicate recipient of service. Works well- love the function that allows us to take pic of receipt while loading the claim.

This app hard to use compering to my previous experience with FSA(no easy option even created, not created for users comfort). For example, I have a bill that exceeds the amount of money left from 2024, bill is Nov, 24-Jan, 25, why I can’t use partial reimbursement from 2024 and partial from 2025? There is no option to cover bill from new 2025 balance because I have $11 left from 2024 which of course don’t cover bill amount. Please work on improving your system! The same when you submit a printed receipt from a medical office, you keep denying reimbursement requesting full billing description, but then end of month you send me reimbursement statement which includes this bill… Just looking for a reason to delay a claim…

This app is terrible. There are no alerts as to when there is an item that needs your attention as a customer. You cannot submit documents before they are requested. The app does not remember you even if you set up finger print ID. In general, it rarely works and no improvements have been made to make it better. At least customer service is good when you call.
