To start off, My family and I love to visit JellyStone so much. It is an annual event/trip for us in the summer. We brought our family members last year and it was amazing. More amazing with this app. It helps us scout out all of our favorite activities and the times of them too. We have so many arts and crafts in our house because of this app. It also helps us with food situations. 8 kids in our family makes it difficult to do stuff but not when you have this app. So many stuff that you probably didn’t know about is right on the app. There aren’t many troubles or request except this app would be so much better if they could show the maps of all the stops and shops around the resort. But anyways, about food, this app tells you basically all you need to do to have a good dinner and know how far it is our what time it opens and closes. To review, this app makes everyone’s lives better. So many helpful tips and tricks around your amazing campsites/resorts.

They are making improvements on the App. These parks are obviously great. I’ve been going to them since I was a kid. So it’s a joy to bring my own kids. Please make the map function in each of the parks capable of zooming in and out. I want to be able to click on the map, then zoom in to the different sites, places, or recreational areas. I feel this is a no brainer. I had to screen shot my phone and view in photos to be able to do that. Seems unnecessary.

The app functions are 1 star. You can’t zoom in on the map with the tiny print, you can’t click on the phone number to call what time the pool or mini golf closes or how much it is to do an activity. It just shows a $ sign to represent it costs money. Then you actually find out what time the pool for example closes, which is 5pm during the weekdays, and realize oh hey, we need to do something else for the next 4 hours before the sun sets while it’s 95 deg. outside. Please get a better app developer to remake this app and also put some valuable information in it for your guests.

Looking at campgrounds I would be interested in visiting, I noticed the app is inconsistent. One place had loads of information like maps activities store hours etc.. Chincoteague VA for example, has NOTHING. I was thinking about our next trip and thought that would be a cool place to visit. The app is no help at all. There is NO INFORMATION about that campground. I guess they don’t want anyone staying with them.
