OK, but needs improvement

Would be nice if when clicking the gate icon to either open or close it showed the progress rather than just seeing a static image.

Thank you for your suggestion. The device can be equipped with an external door magnetic sensor. If you connect it, you can accurately view the real status. thank you!

App stopped working

It was working fine for about a month, now the app keeps showing a buffering screen and we’re unable to open the gate on all devices. I tried turning the motor on and off, I also tried restarting my internet modem; nothing worked. Then I uninstalled the app and downloaded again, and now it won’t even let me log in, keeps buffering… it has to be an app issue or bug. Very disappointing and inconvenient for the price of the gate motor.
