This app not only provides you 24/7 access to my account, with the ability to pay bills and transfer funds on-the-go, but I also have control over my cards to turn them off and back on it I suspect fraud. The best part I can keep an eye on my spending and budget while I’m out. It keeps me on track with my financial goals!

This company makes it so easy to get things done that I don’t mind doing them. I’ve had accounts here for several decades and I have never had a problem that they could not help me solve. And always with a smile and a “we got this” attitude.

At first it was slow and took a minute to set up but once that was done it worked like a charm. I was able to change my address in the app which is great. Setting up the Touch ID took a little know how but I got it figured out. And I am not a bank employee, I have been with this bank for 20+ years though and this is a way better app than the last one.

For starters , once you download the app you have to call the bank to setup a password . Took me 2 days to get ahold of a rep. Once that was settled, I logged in but the app is sooo dam slow. I’m using an iPhone XS( which I doubt should be a slow phone in my opinion). The app is slow, loading screens galore, basically freezes. To be honest is anyone is giving it 5 *, I’m pretty sure they’re working for the bank itself. Paid reviews in other words. Needs a lot of work. Definitely did not make things “easier” like they claim.
