Terrific Financial Management tool
This app not only provides you 24/7 access to my account, with the ability to pay bills and transfer funds on-the-go, but I also have control over my cards to turn them off and back on it I suspect fraud. The best part I can keep an eye on my spending and budget while I’m out. It keeps me on track with my financial goals!
Consistently exceeds expectations
I’ve been with Texas bay since 1995. During that time I’ve had numerous loans Credit cards and accounts. Texas Bay has always exceeded expectations and always shown great customer service. It’s been a real pleasure doing business with these good folks
Definitely a better app
At first it was slow and took a minute to set up but once that was done it worked like a charm. I was able to change my address in the app which is great. Setting up the Touch ID took a little know how but I got it figured out. And I am not a bank employee, I have been with this bank for 20+ years though and this is a way better app than the last one.
