The Soulcon app is a great way to connect with a community of men in the pursuit of becoming the men God has called us to be. The app has several sections that are available for you, to include diet and exercise programming, written devotionals, and weekly video teaching. Ultimately, the Soulcon app is a tool that is used to connect Christian men together from across the world during their pursuit to becoming the leaders of their families and their communities.The app is also a place where we participate in a 6 week challenge, based on the book by Cody Bobay, Soulcon. During those 6 weeks, men from around the world will participate in physical, emotional and spiritual challenges that will help you grow in your walk with Christ.
