My pipes froze and burst a few months ago when Texas decided it was jealous of Alaska’s climate. A few of my nice vintage handbags got ruined and my homeowners insurance reps were super hard to deal with and couldn’t comprehend the fact that purses can go up in value. I also learned that filing a claim for a damaged purse that was bundled with my home insurance would only hurt me in the long run when it comes to the cost of what I pay for insurance yearly. So I ended up not filing at all :/ Since then I’ve switched over to Wax and they were super helpful and understanding in insuring my bags for what they are actually worth. Now I have my bags insured separate from my house so I won’t have to bang my head against a wall if something unfortunate happens to my babies in the future.

I was referred to Wax by a friend to insure my watch collection. Wax coverage is underwritten by Chubb. The product is top notch and Wax’s customer service is outstanding. I am pleasantly surprised with how well thought out and easy the app is to use. With my other insurance policies, I still find myself using their website to login and manage my policies. With Wax, I was able to set up all of my insurance with the app. I haven’t needed to login on their website. Every insurance company should have such a well-designed app.

Five stars because I haven’t found an easier place to manage my collectibles and insure them. I use it as a way to gather my collectibles into one place so I can keep track of them. The insurance process was pretty simple and I was able to add items and tap through to checkout. Customer support was clear and timely. Only downside was a couple of bugs here and there but they didn’t stop me from using the app.
