Points can apparently take up to 60 days to credit to your account using the app, unlike real-time rewards at the physical Casino. So if you’re trying to earn rewards and you’re close to the date, don’t even bother with the app or the online casino because you won’t get credited. And you will not get your rewards even though it shows that. You spent money and played during the promotional period and their chat representatives are absolutely no help. Every chat agent will give you a different answer and then tell you there’s nothing they can do and the phone number to call.
PENN Play Rewards Don’t Work

Despite earning a good amount in PENN Play rewards I am unable to actually use the rewards as it states I can in the PENN Marketplace. The error message when I try to checkout with my cart states to contact the PENN support email, which has never responded to any issue that I have had.Additionally, after the big update to the Sportsbook app, PENN generated a second PENN Play account and number for me on the same email. Now when I earn rewards they go to this new account which I can’t access as it has the same login email, and the funds in my original account are set to expire since I am not “earning” PENN cash on this account in the allotted 30 day window. Despite many attempts to contact support, I have received no response on this issue either.A big part of me using PENN for gambling was the rewards system they offered. Since this rewards system doesn’t seem to work as intended at the moment, and with the frankly concerning lack of support they offer I no longer feel comfortable using PENN.

Do not expect to receive assistance of any kind for any type of issue you may have with this app or its promotions. I have been trying to get a resolution for months with either no response at all or the times I have gotten an email back it was very clear the rep did not take the time to read my issue to be able to address it correctly. It was a pre populated response that did nothing to correct my problem. I created a Penn Wallet and stored my credit card information in the wallet. I have yet to receive the $25 the promotional offer states I will receive for completing those steps. When you connect to a game with your Penn Wallet you are supposed to receive an additional $15. I assure you if I haven’t received the $25 for creating the wallet account I surely am not going to trust to actually use the account and allow them to take money from me when they still haven’t given what they claim they will give. You would think this would be a cut and dry complaint/resolution. Either they are shady or they just don’t care enough to address issues that their customers bring to them. Either way it isn’t a good look for them.

For all your information at your fingertips, everything you need to know, this app is lacking having information on your information, the information they do show is confusing to find, incomplete, unclear and and confusing. Click on a section to find out more and it tells to download the app, takes you to the App Store for the app you are already in then tells you to log in. The explanations of PennCash PennCredit are terrible, don’t tell you that there is a difference (PennPlay Credit can only be used to bet on sports), how to use it for casino play even though in the ESPNBet app that directs to create an account and tells you “Free Penn Cash” and then again in the Penn Play app “Use on slots in person or online”….. i’ve been searching the app clicking on everything back-and-forth and talked to Support twice for over an hour now and can’t figure out how to get it for slot play and I don’t want to click on it and get stuck with this sports bed like my mom did I don’t watch sports. I know nothing about sports. Anyway enough rambling absolutely terrible app.
