The app was a complete game changer from using the CR website. It’s easier to find and navigate things on the app, and collecting data is easier than ever. My only issue is that the app will show the session as completed, but sometimes will not convert the note fully and I have to convert the note on the CR website, which causes an error message on there because there is no GPS coordinates. Also, my GPS is always on but the app will say it cannot find my location or my location is turned off. Other than those two things, the app is really good.

Black Laptop Family Room
For the most part data collection and finding the programs are easier than before. However when a supervisor overlaps they cannot see what behavior techs see on the app. Also, you cannot see the clients programs if you have not swiped to start session. This can be inconvenient. My favorite part is that I can get clients signature before the end of session at a more convenient and less stressful time for the family and client.

This app is so glitchy. I come from a time when clinical notes were written on paper or forms. Oh, I miss those days. I have spent more time working out problems with app then with my client. These electronic services do not make work easier! Only if everything works perfectly. What happens when you can’t connect or get locked out. Companies need to go back to paper! I've never had to contact customer support because my pen ran out of ink.
