2. Payment: After the user confirms the purchase and makes the payment, it will be credited to the iTunes account.
3. Automatic renewal: Apple's iTunes account will be deducted within 24 hours before expiration. After the deduction is successful, the subscription period will be extended by one subscription period.

We use this to monitor our baby and it’s RIDICULOUS that I now have to sit and wait for several minutes for a game ad in order to make sure my sleeping baby is safe. Heed my warning, do not buy this camera if you want to check on your child quickly!

After my update on May 13th,2026, I am incredibly disappointed that my notifications now show full-time ads every time I check them. One of the ads was a phishing scam claiming Apple has found 15 viruses on my iPhone. This is unacceptable for such a great product. It needs to be fixed so users can enjoy the experience without being bombarded with ads.Thank you for your response!The full-screen phishing ads have stopped. I’ll send screenshots if they resume. I’ve updated my review to 5 stars as cameras an app truly deserves.

Horrible cloud playback

Cloud playback does not work. We pay for a subscription and you can see the event thumbnails but it won’t play the correct event then the continuous recording doesn’t working. You select a time period to play and the player just jumps around showing you random 2 second clips all over the timeline. Then you can’t even download video from the cloud you may get 20 seconds of download mostly 3 seconds and not even from the time period you select. It’s ridiculous.

Too many ads

I downloaded this app because the web cam instructions told me too when I bought the camera, but it is filled with too many ads some ads you have to wait two or three minutes before you can see your camera and there’s so many pop-ups that is frustrating… that I just close the app. I do not recommend this app with your WebCam whatever you bought with it. Maybe there’s another service out there, but I’m definitely gonna look for one.
