And this library with all the incredible practices, trainings, live classes...it’s huge. This makes it so easy to stay connected in a time where everything feels so disconnected. You are now just an app away from feeling really great ✨ thank you Tara and Mike for continuing to revolutionize what the strala yoga community looks like & being creative about ways to stay connected. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting, the app provides guidance that helps you live better and move with ease. It also provides a wide range of yoga sessions, from very energetic to boost strength, to very calming and restorative flow. It also offers different time options to choose from, if you want to spend one hour chilling your body, or if you’re in a rush but still need some 15-min move to fix the tension.I have found magic at Stråla Home! The Stråla method in itself and all the inspiration from Tara and Mike have helped me cope with stressful situations, and navigate life challenges in a calm and collected way. For instance, moving with Stråla has helped me relax perfectionist tendencies and understand that yoga is not about a pose, but about being well and at ease. I have taken this philosophy off of the mat and I have found multiple benefits in my life!!! No effort required, it really is like magic!! I have use different yoga and meditation apps, like Down Dog (which is a good one, yet quite robotic), Glor, Nike Training Club, Calm, Headspace, etc. And in general, what sets Stråla Home apart is its emphasis on community and focus on total ease and wellbeing. You're not alone in your yoga journey nor just doing some poses; you're surrounded by a supportive community, independently of personal wellness goals. This is the best yoga app in the world! I cannot be more grateful for each of the Stråla yoga sessions available there, and the care and kindness from Tara and Mike in their videos. Oh! This truly is yoga for everyone! There are hundreds (thousands?) of classes here for every level and purpose. I love that you’re encouraged to listen to your own body, so that even in the most difficult classes I feel I can adapt for my own capabilities and not overdo it or stress myself. I find it very easy to understand and refreshingly not pretentious or intimidating the way sometimes yoga can be. I also love the special workshops, the live classes, the podcast, discussions, and the wonderful community. I would give this app 10 stars if I could!
