I own an Auto Detailing business and was ready to get a food CRM as I was growing and scaling. When I asked in a detailing group I was in multiple people recommended OrbisX. I’m glad they did because it is an amazing platform. Great as an owner, for employees and customers. Big or small. On top of that the customer service is top notch. As I was setting it up i found the videos extremely helpful but had questions more specific to what I wanted and needed. They were always prompt and patient with their responses. Amazing app and company. Can’t recommend enough.

If you’re a small business owner, you already know that the list of tasks to do each day is endless. This CRM system helps keep everything in order and automates so many of the small repetitive tasks that I don’t need to hire a secretary.I could not imagine running my company with any other CRM system, and I have tried them all.

Saying an app in world class is a pretty big statement — a statement which OrbisX lives up to!There’s a little bit of a learning curve when you begin using the app due to all of the features but Shawn has tons of great video tutorials and is always there to answer any questions.The features, functionality, and support that OrbisX offer is truly world class!!

We do great work in our detailing business. But OrbisX saved us from a bad review that probably would have been a one or two stars on google. All because the customer didn’t know a clay bar doesn’t remove scratches or swirl marks. Even after we told them on the phone and in person. Thank you Shawn and OrbisX for saving us.
