Hello Central Market! This is YOUR FAVORITE customer EVER (...Midway crew, yes it’s me! 😉)! I’ve been shopping with you since the opening of Lovers Lane (I’m an OG!). You are THE STANDARD for groceries (open one in my home city of NOLA ⚜️, please...thanks!). CM offers an UNMATCHED customer experience! From superb service from AMAZING employees to high quality products to a pristine environment...CM, YOU are THE standard in this industry. NOW, you have a SUPERB user-friendly APP that offers a SUPERB INTERFACE and UX (user experience...I’m in technology). I’ve been waiting for this APP (I was using the website, prior...) and let’s just say it was worth the wait! You delivered and I expected you to...you exceeded the expectation! Keep being great! Let’s get the store opened in Uptown on McKinney in Uptown Dallas, consider New Orleans (...we NEED CM in my home city...let’s talk about it!), let’s open also in food deserts here in South Dallas and Oak Cliff (neighbors there DESERVE CM!). Finally! CM App!

We have been exclusively ordering Central Market groceries for pick up through the website. It worked pretty well. And it certainly has improved over the last year in it’s efficiency and clarity. However the new app is fantastic! All of my previous orders are there, it’s easy to add notes for the shopper, and check out is a breeze. Thank you Central Market!
I only wish I was able to leave a tip for the shopper. I give a tip to the loader but I always wonder who actually did the shopping. It would also be nice to have loyal shopper points or rewards.

Great app but search needs improvement

Love the app, but the search capabilities have changed in the latest update which makes it hard to find what you are looking for. You have to click into the input box, type something in hope the drop down will have that option and then you need to select it. Tried looking for German beer or the actual name of the product and the search button is disabled despite showing it’s active. I have to type in beer, wait for it to run the query, select beer in the drop down and then search through all the hundreds of beer listed to find the one brand I know y’all carry instead of me just looking for it directly. I’m not sure why the functionality was striped away, but it’s adding more user tasks & stress than before. I hope this gets revisited soon.
