I love that there is FINALLY an app! Still needs some work; I’d love to be able to record weights and keep track of weights I use for sets and maybe even see how I’m progressing. I know that isn’t something even available right now on the website, but it would be cool. I would also like to be able to “submit” my workout once completed. With a few additional features this app would be 5 stars. I’ve never had issues logging in or anything.

I’m glad they finally have an app that’s why I gave them 4 stars Pros: it’s free and very informative on how what and why you are doing certain work outs.Con: you can’t tack your work out or weights, and once set days are initiated you can’t change it. I don’t work out the same days every week so I need to be flexible within my days that I work out. The calendar does not work in that manner.

I think it could benefit if a calendar is shown and you can click on the date or see your workouts in list format for other dates instead of clicking it individually. Also a nice check mark next to a workout would help track any ones that are complete. This app has potential, just need some common sense innovation and it should be good.

I cannot log in to the app. Does not allow me to submit any prompts to enter my username. If fixed, I can write a review based on the actual app.
