I’ve been using this app for a while now, and honestly, I’m so impressed! My coach is amazing and super helpful, always encouraging, and really knows her stuff. The app itself makes everything so simple to follow, from workouts to meal plans. I love how it keeps me on top of my routines without feeling overwhelming. The check-ins and progress tracking are such a nice touch—they keep me accountable and remind me how far I’ve come. Plus, being able to chat directly with my coach whenever I need advice or motivation is a game-changer.What I love most is how it’s not just about workouts or meals; it’s a full-on wellness tool. It helps me balance fitness, nutrition, and staying consistent, all in one place. It’s made such a difference in how I approach my goals, and I can’t recommend it enough! If you’re looking for something to keep you motivated and organized, this is it. 😊

When I started with my coach in Nov prior to the update the app was fine, did yes job at being able to allow my coach to view my workouts and communicate with my regularly. My coach is great and I think regardless of the app type I wouldn't have any problems with her. This update however it's doing everyone a disservice. You can no longer record your workouts so being able to get real feedback is not possible if my coach can't see what I'm doing. It doesn't sync with my watch anymore so I can't move forward during the workouts without having to pick up my phone which I used to be able to do. Also it's constantly pausing if I migrate away from the page which is annoying because I often browse of my phone when I'm resting. And then to come to the timer hasn't moved at all and I didn't realized I was resting too long. Another thing, the new feature to reschedule a workout seemed like a good idea except I can't choose any day but only the days with a dot (it also doesn't seem to correlate correctly). I think the app is a good idea and his premise for working with an online coach but they really need to fix this update. It's terrible and it worked a lot better before.

I’m a woman in her mid 30’s who has always been pretty active and was struggling finding a program that would get the desired results I’ve wanted- namely, a visibly toned body and a fitness regimen that I could do at home that challenged me without being too high impact and wrecking my knees like BBG did. S2 has proven to be the Goldilocks solution for me- my custom workouts are perfectly suited to my goals, interests, and abilities, and I’m not tied to a smelly gym to get them done. I love my trainer, Taylor, who is personable, corrects my form, adjusts workouts as my needs change, and keeps me motivated with positive feedback on all my progress. The results have been astounding too- In all my years of fitness, I’ve never felt stronger, more energetic, and more toned than I do now. App functionality is good and constantly improving. As with all new apps, there are bugs here and there, but they are quickly addressed by the S2 team. Can’t wait for Apple Watch integration as I’d love to be able to seamlessly sync my activity there with S2! But even without this feature, logging extra workouts for my trainer to see is still quick and easy. Can’t recommend this program enough.

My app was working for the first couple of days. Now it keeps telling me “oops something went wrong” and won’t let me into the app. I’ve tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it MULTIPLE times and at first it worked and it would reinstall w a new icon for the app. Then when I would try and go back in it it would go back to the “BR” icon and wouldn’t let me in. Now it won’t let me in at all. I’ve told my coach and she said she reached out to someone. My coach is great, but I have yet to hear back on anything from her end. I’m hoping this gets fixed soon to get my moneys worth.
