The ONSCREEN Senior Care platform makes it easy for seniors to receive video calls from family through their TV or tablets, without having to deal with any technology headaches. Your loved ones receives an "Incoming Call" notification, and 30 seconds later they are connected. It's that easy!
For "ONSCREEN Joy" tablet app users: This app lets you invite other family members, make calls, send text messages, set up routines, and much more. Use this app on your smartphone devices.
For TV users (ONSCREEN Moment device): This app allows you to set up a new ONSCREEN device, place and receive video calls with your loved ones. Setting up is very simple, just going through a few screens and providing the Wifi information in order to connect the device to the internet. Once the device is set up, you're able to place a test call. Finally, you can invite other family members, ensuring that everyone stays connected.
Some of the great functionality provided in this app is:
- Have video calls with your loved one on their TV or tablet, with the "ONSCREEN Joy" app.
- Configure daily routines, such as reminders or Joy check-ins
- Invite other "Favorites" to be able to reach your loved one easily
- Control their TV (if they use the ONSCREEN Moment device)
- Send them photos that are added to their Family Slideshow
- Register them for classes and online events.

The OnScreen product and app are a game changer! We live in a virtual world right now and the amount of time we spend on video calls has grown exponentially. With OnScreen, I no longer squint to see a name or face in my virtual meetings, my daughter can take a virtual dance class right in front of the television, and I can see my loved ones virtually from my couch. This was especially handy during the holidays when we were all secluded in our homes due to the pandemic. It’s not a complicated product/app to use either. Connect the OnScreen camera device to the tv, connect the app to the device, and make a call! It worked well with Zoom and FaceTime for me so far. I’m so happy with it and plan to use this often!

Totally worth it! So fun to be able to visit with my 100 year old godmother without having someone helping her. Takes the tech confusion out of the equation! Wish this was available when my parents were alive. They don’t even need to turn anything on!

This is one of the most innovative devices that really makes it easy to communicate with my 92 year old dad. He and I both love the device and he says it makes him feel less lonely when we use this technology.
Fixed the problem with Pinch to Zoom.
