Today I came to the store for an online return, I was assisted by Cesar in ladies shoes, excellent service along with the shoe department manager Naomi.After that I moved on to cosmetics, accessories and the mens department. Raquel, Karla , Paola and another young and very tall guy, who was very well presented on a black suit helped me on the mens sales floor, as always is good to visit the store and see all those familiar and new faces willing to go above and beyond to help. Thank you!!!

It says I need to update the app & it was automatically updated 3 days ago, but suddenly this morning it tells me that “pleas update the app”, so I click the link, it takes me to the App Store and GUESS WHAT? My app is up to date! So I check for any iOS updates I might need to do, there is one available, so I do the iOS update. Guess what? My Dillards app still says, “there is a new update to this app”, it directs me to the App Store where there IS NO NEW UPDATE AVAILABLE. It has no update link, just, “open” where I’m directed to the app and again and again and again we go around and around. Please fix this. It renders your app useless.

I don’t care for this app. It lacks basic features like is an item available at a store near you. Maybe if you want to try it on or do store pick up , you cannot see what your local store has in stock. JcPenny and Walmart have this feature, as most retail apps do. The “wishlist” feature is awful. If you want to mark some favorites to come back to while shopping you must creat a wishlist but it takes you to another site and even tho you are logged into the app you must log in again to make, view or add something to a wishlist. I haven’t bought anything from this app mainly due to the lack of features I described above.

I had the most wonderful undergarment shopping experience at the Dillard’s at North Point. I was not expecting to receive the most warming greeting from this wonderful sales representative. Erin was also knowledgeable about your products and I feel comfortable and confident in making my purchases. This Dillard’s is the store for me!
