We use supply house for all our residential and commercial needs! Quality is great but customer service is far better then anything we could ask for. Only been a couple hiccups along the way and when you call you get knowledgeable person willing to resolve the issue as quick as possible! Great company!

I love your selection and very fast shipping. My orders have been accurate, well packaged and shipped very fast. I order two to three times a week to keep my customers’ places up and running. Being a handyman type, my calls can vary from a leaky faucet to a cook stove vent rattle. Being mobile, my truck is my daily office and I use my iPad for notes and invoicing, your app is great in portrait mode on the iPhone but does not work on iPad. On the iPad, there is no landscape mode, and portrait mode is the same physical size as the iPhone. It would be great to have an update to recognize the iPad’s screen size and landscape mode for the external keyboard. 5 star company. 5 star iPhone app. 2 star iPad app. Handyman in Rhode Island

An update need to be done for the search bar. Us plumbers are ordering a lot of times the same type of material, brand and size..we just need to switch it out from a “tee” to a “coupling”. While using the app you have to retype your entire search. You can’t edit it like you can on their website (in search bar) supper annoying while doing big orders. If you use the search bar/feature like I do use the website

Still useless!!
They will never listen
Another update and it still will not automatically bring up the keychain for auto sign in. So the app is still useless. I go online and use that because it’s instant sign in. Don’t really understand why this is so difficult. I see the same requests over and over in the reviews. And there is an auto response every time. “We’re working on it”. But nothing. Every time. I order from them several times a week and would use this app all the time. Who’s going to type in their email and password every time when you can just hit one button on the site and auto log in??

We are sorry to hear you experienced this issue while using our App. Once you log into the app, it should automatically log you in every time the app is opened in the future (until you go to Account-->Sign Out). If you are being prompted to log in on every app open, please contact support at 888-757-4774 or so we can get more information to help get you working as expected again!
