The road to success isn’t easy . they only thing promised is you freedom to pursue it & the long days .well, the dream can be included to if it takes root . we live by the Motto. Never allow the adversities to shine over the goals . become the perfect imperfect . This is we’re people ready comes into the building of excellence . No matter who you are or where your from , a committed organization of people are ready to accept the challenge of finding you work. You are imperfections or application status in the worlds hold no water compared to your ability to put forth a days work of dedication . For many years I’ve traveled to meet my goals & pursue my dream . From sea to shining sea , I believed in a vision that didn’t pay ,what I felt at the time . could put food on the table yet I believed . Along my way I found people ready . Whatever city I was in I could sign into the app & put my best foot forward to achieve & meet my goals . No jobs appear for me but others in my city have many job offers!

No jobs appear for me but others in Amarillo have many job offers. I can pass a new alcohol breathalyzer tests and new drug tests (all urine sample mouthswab hair follicle) daily if must! I can easily outperform 98% of my coworkers athletically-physically AND academically aptitude wise at collegiate levels. I have no court cases, and don't have felony convictions a mile long like the vast majority of my coworkers. I am a real Texas Resident born and raised. I am a U.S. Citizen born and raised. I know for a fact the ,not supervisors at jobsites but even higher up, Superintendents over multiple construction jobsites will vouch for my work ethic and give me job recommendations and requests for me to constantly return per my personal dossier! I don't understand why I can't be considered for jobs that pay $20&up hourly like my colleagues or just any jobs at all. If so also a day in advance would be extremely helpful as well and not just considered as last option if a coworker cant complete the job tasks required or fails to be sober & drug-free or professional for jobs. For me it's always there are no jobs today aside from the lowest pay job offer yet when i call hundreds of times to no answer before getting an answer its apologies we are constantly dealing with job clients booking new jobs.. Frustrating and disappointing to say the least constantly being poor.

If you’re looking for a job , I promise you it’s best for you to just choose a more legitimate app, like instawork, Traba, etc. they say they pay within 24-48 hours. I worked at peopleready 3 times. The very first day I worked , I got paid the very first day. Meaning they can pay immediately after work if they wanted to. The next 2 times I worked I didn’t receive my check for a whole week later. I call them everyday of the week and they keep saying they were going to push the payment through but never did .. so if you work here you’ve been warned ! This is here in Dallas tx at the forest lane branch. And it’s crazy because the only thing you can do to make sure you get paid is contact legal aid and they’ll work with you and figure out how to make sure you get paid. This place a fraud and expect you to work for free and not get any pay. They tried to blame it on my bank account but I use cashapp and everyone knows cashapp don’t hold money. They release to you almost immediately like when I worked my very first day. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! SAVE YOU SOME TIME AND A HEADACHE . Im sure this place won’t be around much longer if this is how they treat their workers!!!

If you’re looking for a job , I promise you it’s best for you to just choose a more legitimate app, like instawork, Traba, etc. they say they pay within 24-48 hours. I worked at peopleready 3 times. I have never worked any gigs and never get notifications for the type of work that I do. The people ready app and the JobStack app both don’t show gigs. the people ready app redirect you to the Jobstack app which now says that this version of the app is not available in your area and to download the version of the app that is available in your area and then it forwards me to the same app that I’m already in which has nothing and tells me to download a different app. I even went into the office and have people set up my account. I had a payment and card and everything because I had so many problems trying to even see the type of gigs that I can work. I went in to test spoke with multiple people spent multiple hours trying to get everything set up to never work one shift or to never see a shift in the fields that I am qualified to work in even though when I work through other apps, I often see people already people working there as well, and I never receive these type of notifications
