Minted makes a nice product. I’m very happy with my cards. However the envelope designs won’t always make room for the entire title of the person you send to. Also they duplicated envelopes even after I went through and corrected. It’s also quite difficult to upload your image in the first place. After all the hassle you get a good result but you still have to do a lot of work checking for errors. I hope they will take this review seriously and make improvements. If uploading images were more intuitive and addresses always fit they would be 5 star .

I absolutely love Minted! The cards are absolutely stunning, we are pleased with our Christmas cards year after year! We first started using Minted when we needed to send out holiday cards and loved all the cards we received from neighbors by Minted. We have cut the costs of our cards by buying an address stamp, for our return address. The addressing is an absolutely amazing feature, it cuts the hastle of having to hand address, and it's completely FREE. I love the mobile app, it makes it super easy to update addresses. It is much more user friendly than having to log in on a computer every time. The mobile app is so fresh looking, it's very modern and sleek. That being said I wish that you could add whose cards you've sent and received, year after year. I have a separate app for that, and it gets tedious and confusing having to toggle between both apps to keep the addresses updated. I wish I had one app that I could add all that information into. If that feature was added, I think it would make Minted absolutely stellar, and the best Christmas card maker and organizer! Thank you.

I spent four days designing a Christmas card. I am meticulously added in all of my addresses into the Minted app. Took me another three hours. Processed my order. Noticed there was an unfamiliar charge for something that I did not approve. Tried to rectify the situation by canceling and re-ordering. Guess what, to my horror, they canceled my order (expected) and then deleted my project that I had spent hours working on (unexpected) I couldn’t even re-order it. It’s gone. Customer service is absolutely no help and said that I didn’t save it, but I saved it several times over three or four days logging in and out. Would not connect me to a manager. Wanted me to call some random one 800 number. I will never use them again. They deleted my stuff out of spite and denied responsibility and placed the blame on me for not saving it properly. Newsflash, you can’t place an order without saving it. Jeancarlos E. was not helpful. Screenshot the whole interaction. I downloaded this app because I needed an easy way to upload my list of contacts from my iphone that I had made. There is not a lot of thought put into the user experience here. When importing from phone you can’t import a specific list you’ve made, you have to go through ALL contacts. If it notices the same name twice it automatically selects them both. Later it shows you your “duplicates” (which were automatically made by the app) and the process is flawed that you can only “IGNORE” , “MERGE” or “SKIP”, though the question it prompts you with is “which address and household name would you like to keep?” There’s no way to just pick one. I hope this feedback makes sense. Minted has been around so long and is solely online so I expected a much better experience.
