Configure Thermostats faster. Balance VAVs smarter.
Built for enterprise teams, Honeywell Connect Mobile turns your phone into a field-ready HMI. Technicians can configure Thermostats in minutes, balance VAVs (Variable Air Volume) more safely. Result - less time on site, minimizing ladder trips, fewer errors, and smoother handovers.
Thermostat Configuration
Out-of-the-box direct Wi-Fi – Connect to TC300 series directly with no extra hardware/setup.
Guided workflows – Intuitive flow with step-by-step device & equipment configuration.
Wiring drawings - Clear visuals to install right the first time.
Push/Apply configurations - Send device & equipment settings to the thermostat over direct Wi-Fi.
Templates - Replicate proven configuration across similar devices in minutes.
Service mode - Test and check out IOs on the spot.
Read-back & sync - Pull configuration from the thermostat to sync, verify and edit.
At-a-glance status - View device info and operating status of thermostat.
VAV Balancing
Out-of-the-box BLE - Connect to VAV controllers with no pairing hassle.
Network discovery - Find devices over BACnet/IP or MS/TP networks.
Zero & flow calibration - Support for common applications (Cooling with reheat, Fan-powered, etc.).
Multi-device workflows: Calibrate multiple VAVs simultaneously to accelerate commissioning.
Group & individual commands: Move dampers, run calibrations, verify results in real time.
Safer, faster work: Minimize ladder trips by driving tests from the app.
Digital balancing report: Auto-capture, generate and share balancing reports for customer sign-off.
This was a great app and I greatly appreciated its functionality. Unfortunately, Honeywell removed the ability to configure TC500 without any prior warning, and two months later, there is still no update to restore this feature. Not being able to configure or systems for this length of time has been a real challenge. I hope Honeywell prioritizes a fix soon, as decisions like this and the delays that follow make it difficult to recommend them to others. The potential is clearly there, and I’d love to see it return to the experience it once was.
Complete Garbage

Yet another half-baked product from Honeywell. Great concept and idea but horrible execution. Got the Connect Me app working fine for the new TC500A thermostat which seems to have a lot more time and energy put into it. This app literally has nothing but a "sign-in" button when you open it, and every time I try logging in to my Microsoft account it fails and tells me it's having trouble connecting me. I'm a commercial BAS specialist and I was really looking forward to testing this out for some of my customer's sites in which they don't utilize a JACE or some other head-end controller. Hopefully Honeywell will update the app and make it work, but for now it's completely useless to me. I have a customer with over 30 some heat pumps going in, I guess I'll have to employ another solution bc I can't have faith that this will work.
Awful Account Creation
FestiveTurtle
It has you make an account and then it provides you with a different account that has a separate email link to some Microsoft Honeywell account, which is just confusing. Then when you try using that account, it has a different password than the one you just set and when you tried to reset it, it says that you did not set up password reset. How am I supposed to login if my password did not get set yet I do not have password reset enabled???
Incorrect Temps Displayed

I thought this was the bees knees when installed. It connects to my Honeywell T9 thermostat and it’s two remote sensors. I can control the settings from away, which is very handy since the thermostat is for a rental property. Here’s the problem—the data is wrong. When I’m at the property and compare the app temps with the ones on the T9, they don’t match. Example: app says it’s 71 in both Apt 1 and Apt 2, but the T9 says it is 71 and 69. Why the discrepancy? The interface is hard as well. I get different temp readings from different areas of the app. Not very useful if you can’t trust the temperature readings.
