Unless you wish to pay a bill, this app is useless and it may be useless even in that use case. There’s no billing history, no usage history, etc. In addition, when I registered using the cust # and acct # on my current bill for an address I have lived at for 15 years, it showed an apartment address from more than 15 years ago, including a “null” address, which is a database term for “no data exists.” Check out the electric company app for a standard to which you might aspire.

The app great idea thought every time I open it, it says error for auto pay. Which I don’t use anyways and anytime I try to pay through the app it doesn’t save my bank account information and also loading bar just spins and never loads after putting in the information. I only use the app to check and see when the bill gets charged and then I have to go to the website to pay.

This app does not work just gives you error when trying to log in. Followed all steps from other reviews and still doesn’t work. For how much you guys charge me for water. You could at least make an app that works but it has 1 star rating so I figured it wouldn’t work from the start but I thought I’d give it a shot. Your WEBSITE is also not good at all but at least I can pay my bill I guess .

I have deleted and reinstalled so many times. All I can get is error message. I hate this app. I contacted CUD and they say make sure I have latest version. I DO! I have tried everything. Contacted CUD to verify my sign in name, even reset password 6 times! I have written passwords down to assure I amentering correctly. All I get is error msg “There seems to be a connection problem to the server. Please try again later”
