Introduces improved analytics for hands-free voice announcements. The information will be used to assess the usefulness of the announcements for impacting driver behavior. No personally identifiable information will be collected.

Updates to KanDrive functionality in CarPlay.

This release features improvements to user experience on the phone and via CarPlay, including: - Siri-activated voice reports will automatically submit after 20 seconds - When submitting voice reports, users will hear a beep tone indicating when to begin their recording - Users will see and hear an announcement if their voice recording does not submit

- Updates to what you'll hear when using KanDrive with CarPlay, to make your hands-free experience smoother - We've added a new "quick button" for Winter Driving, so you can quickly see winter road conditions!

- Users can hear KanDrive announcements even when the app is running in the background. - When using KanDrive via CarPlay or using KanDrive's TellMe feature, users will now hear about events on the road ahead to them within an expanded 10 mile distance.

- Users can now manually report a concern via CarPlay by using their car interface. - The "Critical Info" section will now include high-priority events for easy reference. - Enhanced custom route planning so routes will follow DOT-recommended detours if they are available - Users will now be required to update their app when a new version is available

Update required to continue being able to stream video from KanDrive cameras.

Drivers will now receive alerts for slow-moving vehicles when they use KanDrive's TellMe feature, or when they connect to their CarPlay dashboard. Hear about slow-moving vehicles (like snowplows or other maintenance vehicles) on the road ahead of you, and stay informed!

- Updates to default layers for summer - Replace the Winter Driving quick button with Commercial Vehicle quick button - Text update to the voice recording prompt screen in KanDrive's "Report a Concern" feature

- Report-a-Concern categories have been updated, and the auto-submit timer has been removed. Now your manual report will only submit once you select a category option under "Bad Weather" or "Road Hazard".

- Report a concern using CarPlay! For a totally hands-free experience, try saying "Hey Siri, report a concern to KanDrive." Then leave a voice recording about your concern. Alternatively, if you're in a safe location to submit a report manually, select "Make a Report" on your CarPlay screen. Then select one of the preset options and we'll submit the report to Kansas DOT for review.

Then, either make a voice recording or select one of the preset options, and we'll submit the report to Kansas DOT for review. - KanDrive users can now use the app with Apple CarPlay! Select the KanDrive option from your car dashboard to view/hear announcements of high impact events along the route you're driving.

Receive real-time push notifications, texts, or email alerts when weather stations in your favorite areas are in an alert state.

- Enhanced the search feature to allow more natural language searches, like "Cameras on I-70" or "Closures between Wichita and Kansas City." - Added a new layer for viewing weather stations. If a weather station is showing with a red icon on the map, there is an alert at that station. Tap the icon to learn more about what's happening. - Added a new layer for viewing the real time location of oversize vehicles traveling on US 83. Look for the glowing pink icons to see where active oversize loads are located so that you can plan your travel to avoid delays. - Added a new feature for oversize carriers to share their location while on US 83.

Added new option for users with a My KanDrive account to schedule and receive push notifications for travel alerts for their saved routes and areas. To sign up for push notifications, log in to your My KanDrive account and edit the alerts settings for your saved route and/or area.

-Quick Buttons will be highlighted when selected. -New Low, Medium or High Floodgate Events and Banner -High Impact events will be prioritized to the top of the list.

-Added the "Quick Buttons" from the website, to the bottom of the map. Tapping the buttons, will turn off all layers and just turn on the layers from the button (e.g. incidents, construction, cameras). -Added the "Planned Construction" layer (same as the website) as an option to see construction projects that aren't active yet but are starting within the next 2 weeks.

Release notes: We've been listening to your feedback. • Moved the "Where To?" search bar from the main map to a button on the bottom bar. • Separated and moved the Legend and Layers to buttons on the bottom bar. Now you can easily view and slide the legend while interacting with the map. • Moved the More button to the top right corner. • Updated the hands-free, eyes-free feature to keep the map centered on your current location while driving.

We have been monitoring feedback in the App Store and have made several updates. More usability improvements are coming very soon! The latest updates include: - Bug fix for an issue that caused the app to freeze for some users. - The addition of +/- buttons on the map to allow users to easily zoom in and out. - Updates to the display of size and weight restrictions to include icons depicting the limit in effect. - Updates to the rest area detail views to display information about the next rest area along the route.

- Changed the default map layers to make winter info easier to find for users. - Updated the app so that it defaults to the statewide map view when opened (as opposed to zooming close in to the user's location). This improvement was made to allow users to get a better view of statewide conditions.
