I have account in batik air app. Tried to check-in it suggested to use bookcabin.Tried to register new user in bookcabin but the app threw error message "Unable to register user due to reason unknown"Tried to login in bookcabin using existing batik air account but the app threw error message "Login Not Allowed on this platform".Contacted customer support via we chat. He/she told me that the batik air account has not migrated to bookcabin. He/she suggested to register new account using new email and new phone number. What kind of suggestion was that. Not everyone has more than one phone number. My suggestion: let the existing user to use old app or website if the new app is not ready or the migration has not completed. By forcing everyone to use not ready application you definitely decrease customer satisfaction.PS: don't give default response to write to customer service to report the problem because I've done that. You would think that a real business that has an app that ONLY receives 1 star from EVERYONE that reviews the app……you would think they would do something. Sadly they haven’t done ANYTHING. This app is the ONLY WAY to check in with Lion air and it doesn’t work, leaving your to have to unnecessarily stand online for check in. Complete incompetence and stupidity. It’s almost as if LionAir group doesn’t want your business……so I will give them their wish.

Lion air only allows online check in from this app. App won’t allow me to register thus I cannot check in. When I try to use the WhatsApp number lion air provides I don’t get a reply from anyone. So I have no idea how to check in and if I’ll even be able to for my flight- let alone choose my seat. Worst customer experience and I will never fly lion air or any associated airlines and will advice friends to do the same.

huh? im very much confused i use batik air all the time and everytime i have no problem to online check in on the website until now! it said that from 15 nov u can only do online check in on this app so i downloaded the app and it doesnt even run properly! the app keep saying PNR is not valid like what? its VALID i checked so many times i alr bought the ticket so theres no way im wrong. PLEASE FIX THIS.
