When coming to actual bank or contacting via phone your amazing American 1 Associates are always very helpful and courteous. Brovo American 1 for having an amazing staff, keep doing whatever it takes to make sure they always matter! You travel the extra mile for them and they’ll be ahead of you in your journey to make sure American 1 stays #1 in our book!

The American 1 app is very intuitive to use. If I’ve had an issue the text feature, call in, or going into the credit union are all great and friendly option to receive help.

The program is much improved over the old program, but still has room for improvement. The time frame for activities to take affect is too slow when the banking hours is In closed status. Please work on this. Activities should still be able to be affective digitally. Accounts that aren’t active should reject activity from anyone and avoid overdraw fees to the customer. This is a terrible inconvenience. Thank you.

The only item missing in the app, and maybe it’s a training issue on my part, is the fact that you can’t increase the withdrawal limits for ATM remotely. It would be nice if you could increase from the standard $600 to $1000 or $1500 or more for when you are traveling.
