Joule Work uses the deep business context of Joule Agents and Assistants to surface relevant data and automate workflows across SAP and third-party systems.
Key Features:
- Conversations: Conversations allow people to express intent and explore what they want to accomplish through dialogue with Joule. Joule brings together guidance and outcomes from across SAP and third-party systems. Conversations can also act as an entry point to Spaces for more complex workflows.
- Spaces: Spaces are dynamic workspaces for simple and complex problem-solving. Each space is composed in real time to bring the right data, tools, and context together for a specific goal, allowing people to work in an environment that adapts to their present goal, instead of navigating applications and passive UIs.
- Voice: Speak naturally to start or continue a conversation, trigger actions, and get answers—no typing required. Work hands-free between meetings, on the warehouse floor, or anywhere you need.
- Multimodal input: Attach a photo, scan a document, or switch between speaking and typing without losing your context. Joule Work connects physical inputs with digital workflows.

New name, same experience: SAP Mobile Start has been rebranded to Joule Work mobile app, accompanied by a new app icon and an updated user experience. All core functionality and features remain unchanged, ensuring continuity for both customers and end users with no disruption to existing workflows.

The mobile start team really outdid themselves here. What a great app I can’t wait to see future versions because this version is pretty awesome.

Several attempts to get the app to work via QR code but it doesn’t work. It leaves that as the only option to get into the app.

QR code and link don’t work

The QR code to activate on phone still doesn’t work, as others have said. And the email link is an invalid address, so I can’t go that route either.

It can’t scan the QR code for them nor is there no option for any other codes my company offers.

Thank you for your feedback. With our new release version 2.3 we addressed an issue that prevented loading QR codes from the photo library. Please update to the newest version and try again.
