This app is a good concept, but needs some TLC. Zoetis is a fast pace growing company, as with most companies that grow like this, things fall through crack. The app could be so much better if all of the in house lab work was shown. Our iStat Alinity is fuse “compatible-ish” but it doesn’t show results here, as it doesn’t with most PIMS. The app would also be more useful if ZRL results were shown also, so that clinic had one app, one place to take a quick look for everything they need. As with all Zoetis/Abaxis products iOS updates fall behind, although most clinics have iPads for for mobility and client education, making iOS a priority would benefit greatly. We need this app, and streamline compatibility, to be a help not a hindrance.

Don’t think this app is close to being ready yet. Results from current ZRL cases does not show up, but only brings results up from 6 months ago. Our clinic has been a big Zoetis supporter for years, but I don’t think they were ready for the diagnostic sector yet. ZN Labs used to be so easy and simple to use and cost effective. Zoetis has taken a good thing and turned it into a complicated mess that is difficult to use and becoming more and more expensive all the time. They are doing the same thing that Idexx and Antech did to drive us away and go to ZN labs in the first place.

I’ve deleted and downloaded this app several times but it will not let me log into my account! If I go to the website and put in my info, it works first time every time. Not worth messing with until it gets fixed.

It simply DOESN’T WORK

I tried to log on to enter prescription for points…. I could not get the app to send me password reset link for the life of the app. Then I went online to reset it, still wouldn’t work. Systems obviously doesn’t communicate with one another. Shame for customer experience.
