Been doing movie locating since around 2005. Tested this app out for a week so far and I’m amazed. The collecting locations makes it fun to see how many you can visit. The map makes things easy to find. I need to upload the 1000s of places not on the map that I have. The camera overlay option makes getting the exact line up so easy. Wow. Where was this app years ago? I’m hooked.

This app offers so much more than map locations of movie scenes. They added history and interesting points of view of the location you are visiting. They even tell you what else you can do while there and where to eat. Whether you are sitting on your couch at home or standing on a sidewalk in a strange city, there is fascinating information sitting in your hand.

For the longest time, I would bore friends of mine who developed apps with “this great idea” I had. A map of locations near you where they made movies! We could call it Scene It or something. Finally, someone told me about SetJetters (better name).I love walking through history and that includes locations where they filmed movies. This app makes it easy and the community is friendly. My only issue is that I think it should be easier to upload locations you’ve been to in the past. Im sure that with time, more locations will be added. I love scoping out new locations on vacations and seeing what was filmed nearby. Thank you, Setjetter.

Some feedback would be it would be nice to have a tab where you can see all the places that you starred. So you can easily go to it when you are traveling. Also, if you post the new location, it would be nice to see where it is in the review process on getting approved. Love the map view!!
