When trying to register for the app, the keyboard covers the “continue” button so you can’t even click it to register. I was only able to get to “continue” after moving back to the bar where you enter your email and hitting the return key on the keyboard, which removed the keyboard from the screen and uncovered the “continue” button. This was completely by accident, and if it hadn’t happened I wouldn’t have been able to enter the app at all. Once in the app, the instructions were very vague and not specific enough — For example, to transfer money, there is a bar to enter your “Account Number”, but the app does not specify WHICH account number it wants you to enter — Your Cliq account number, or your bank account number. Overall, just very poor design and confusing and difficult to use.

This desperately needs a redesign. It’s been years and the system is so rudimentary! It’s ridiculous because they charge extra for literally doing anything with the card and yet their app is complete crap. Please get this sorted. The next button is hidden by the keyboard to sign up so it makes it impossible to do so. Please fix asap

Okay so yes, the app has technical problems which are annoying... but I think the customer service representatives are nice and helpful. Sandy specifically went to great lengths to help solve my issues.Once you get it set up correctly it will be easy to use.

There are fees for almost everything you do and they limit how much money you can transfer a day/week. Also was never notified of this change until today when trying to transfer money for bills.
