I love the features this offers; however, the photo function is useless for TH, as they require time/date stamps on the photos. This is an option available within Xm8 and a must for any TH file. Love the room scanner, however, you have to redraw everything just like LiDAR app I do really like how it organizes files so you can just click and go with maps, however, I did not find not option for Google map and Apple Maps are not as accurate in the rural areas. He would also be super nice if I could click the phone number from the first screen for when I call on my way. All in all, there’s just not enough settings to make it useful for field work.

Thank you for the feedback. Photos captured in Estimate for iOS include date, time and other available metadata, which can be viewed in Claims Workspace and Estimate. This information gives carriers access to the photo details they need as part of their review workflow.

This app is a god-send as it allows you to take photos w/ your mobile device & then name the individual photo on the spot. I am just getting into the adjuster profession and thought I would give myself an advantage by doing it all on an 12.9” iPad Pro.Most things I can do fine with the iPad on Symbility Mobile Claims connect app, except it won’t let you (yet) upload more than one photo at a time. This is a massive deal when you’re uploading up to 200 photos for a claim.Symbility capture however saves the day here with the aforementioned features to make the mobile adjusting experience w/ Symbility more complete.I would give it 5 stars (and probably still should) however the app will occasionally hang/crash at times as it syncs with the cloud.Still a time and life-saving app.

Constant hurry and wait as you wait for sync then database download then upload and forbid if you hit wrong estimate as you have to go through all this again. Huge time waste!

Does not work offline

This program is fine when it works. But it does not work when you are offline as you can’t login, and if you have poor connection it gets jammed up trying to upload/download files and will not work until that is complete. Adjusters work in disaster areas, adjusters work in areas with poor or no internet availability. To have a program they use require internet access to work is ridiculous. How to make it better, create an offline mode that allows you to do your work and upload it when you are able to. Also have it connect with the estimating app and make folders for each room and tag each photo in there with that room name.

This program is fine when it works. You can now scope claims completely offline—everything automatically syncs the moment your connection returns.

This update speeds up photo handling and line-item editing during on-site estimates. • Drag to select photos: In selection mode, drag across thumbnails to select many photos in one gesture, across rows, with auto-scroll in long folders. • Reorder photos manually: Arrange the photos in a folder in the order that tells the damage story. The new order syncs to Claims Workspace™ and Cotality Estimate™. • Edit items inline: Change line-item properties such as Quantity and Waste % directly on the estimate page and the estimate preview, without opening Item Properties for each item. • Autosave photos: Capture continuously. Each photo saves automatically and the camera stays open for the next shot. A recent-photo preview opens the last photo for a caption or annotation. The redesigned camera screen follows the native iOS camera, with slide-to-zoom on iPad and quick access to the flashlight and live pitch. • Calibrate when ready: Skip or postpone the "Let's get aligned" step and calibrate later with the Calibrate Photos command in the assignment or photo folder menu. Photos taken before calibration have no compass direction, but their elevation can still be set manually. • Voice to Estimate with Grades: Items with grades can be added by voice, with the grade looked up, shown, and synced to Claims Workspace™ (for databases that use grades).
