excellent customer service and support; easy to understand, purchase and have. Have purchased many times! We had a trip completely cancelled by tour company; prior to starting, and were able to save our insurance investment for a year, applied to next trip. we have not needed to utilize, so i cannot address this aspect.

No problem logging in after waiting a few hours

I was unable to login immediately after purchasing my policy, but after waiting a few hours I could login readily. I have already benefited from one of the alerts waiting for me.

Does not allow user to login

Download worked just fine but could not get past the email verification stage. I tried every email I have: AOL, Live, Gmail, to no avail. I tried Safari and Chrome. I still get the same error message telling me I cannot be redirected back to the app for verification. The app states the user must be on the same device as was used for the download so I can’t even see if it will work using my computer. Have since deleted. Good idea but I guess poor execution.
