Not worth it
This is nothing more than an outdated RideWithGPS with a Backroads label slapped on the screen, and it hasn’t been updated in over a year. Don’t waste the space on your device. RideWithGPS will open all the same shortcuts and provides all the functionality, and maybe a few more features.
Your company has its own APP!!!
It’s not very often you come across a tour company that has their own iPhone app! Well, guess what, here we are!
This app makes their touring experience soooo much more enjoyable and navigable. Thanks Backroads!
Update: thekrak77 doesn’t seem to understand that the whole point of this app is meant to supplement the entire touring experience for those who book trips through BackRoads. Unless you have a tour booked through BackRoads, then there isn’t any reason to be using this app.
Good daily resource
Useful way to capture route info, cultural information (do miss the paper sheets a little bit), information about restaurants, spa treatments and local language phrases.
Kinda wish there was also an app for trip selection/cataloging but this app does it’s job very well.
