App has stopped working after recent update (2 days)

Have been using this app for the better part of two or so years, however it has inexplicably stopped working as of recent. I cannot open the app at all and I am also on the latest IOS update.

It’s totally amazing. It’s exactly what I needed but the only thing I have to say that’s eh is that it calls you obese, under weight all that stuff. I’m naturally sensitive but it didn’t bother me just my siblings who used it.

This app makes my mental health my confidence go down and like I know I’m obese but geez like you didn’t have to like call me out like that like I know that I’m a beast but like that just made me this just made my heart break and like I can’t even explain it because this app makes my confidence go way way way way down and like I am disappointed because this is supposed to make you feel confident about losing weight but this app makes me feel bad about myself makes me feel like I have wasn’t like I don’t even know
