I’ve been following Mr. & Mrs. Muscle since the 2020 lockdown and I’m so glad I found them. I love the variety and modifications and their knowledge really shines through in the guided workouts. They’re straight to the point and easy to follow. As someone who has been on a fitness journey for years but still prefers structured, guided workouts, this app is absolutely perfect for me. I love the fact that I can save and download my favorite videos. This is really my PT on the go. I travel internationally a lot and I love that all I need is a mat and some dumbbells or just my body weight plus this app and I’m set for a great workout… no excuses. Thanks so much guys!

I’ve been a faithful user of this app for over 2 years now after using the guided workouts on instagram for 6 months. The weekly 6, 8, 10, and 12 week guided plans really started my body recomposition journey and it allowed me to be able to it in the comfort of my own home with ease. I just air-played a video on my tv, set my watch, and had a complete workout with no distractions. Not to mention, the price of $10 a month to access to essentially a personal trainer 24/7 whenever I wanted where ever I wanted couldn’t be beat. I really loved the 10-week Knee Friendly plan that not only was easy on your knees but strengthened them as well. As well as providing modifications in each guided workout for each workout. Unfortunately, this latest update doesn’t have those plans on the app anymore. The plans that are offered have each workout as a separate video instead of one guided video providing an entire timed workout. Some of the videos aren’t even the same amount of time as the recommended time for the workout (for example: the recommended time for a workout is 30 secs, the video is only 20 secs) which makes it hard to stay focused and keep my energy up during the workout when I am constantly having to start, stop, and replay videos. The amount of workout options the app offers has decreased, and it is harder to keep track of my progress with varying levels of workouts. Sad to say I am looking for alternatives and will have to cancel my subscription if this doesn’t change soon. 😞

Update: Although they’ve fixed Apple TV app so now I get weekly videos without having to reload daily, now certain programs like the “Strong” series are locked content even though I’m paying monthly fee! 😡Contacting app developers only leads back to Me&Mrs website that has no way to report issues. Don’t get unless you plan to use from a phone or tablet.Removed another star. I like the content but the Apple TV app is the worst. I have to offload every week to get weekly workout updates. It also recently wont allow me to choose from daily workouts for the week. Instead, I have to “watch all” (or fast forward through) each workout to proceed to the following day. I hope they fix this problem.

Thank you, Mrs Muscle, for providing a unique and comprehensive workout offering unlike any I’ve seen. You created exactly what I was looking for in an app - high quality recordings, variety, a “muscle map” to show what areas each exercise hits, great music, recovery videos, lots of dumbbell workouts, modifications for more difficult exercises, and a day-to-day workout plan which includes rest days. Also, a highly-appreciated bonus is the ability to download the app on my tv. I’ve felt amazing since I started your workouts, and I’d recommend it to anyone seeking more movement and energy in their life.
