After I created a login and watched the intro video by Dr. Mew, I hit the “Let’s Go” button to take my profile pictures. It asked to access my camera. I granted the permission, but it continued to bring up the same message to access my camera. It still took my picture but it would not bring up the image to help center your face. Afterwards, it didn’t save the photo and would not let me continue past that page. I was stuck. I tried to close out and start over again, and deleted and reinstalled the app, but still the same problem. Since I couldn’t get past that page, or access any other parts of the app, I immediately deleted it and canceled my subscription. Hopefully it doesn’t charge me because I read that some other users had that problem despite the 3 day free trial. Too bad this app didn’t work because I have watched videos by Dr. Mew, and I was really excited to use the app. Huge disappointment!!!

It asked me multiple times for basic information that I had already given it. Requires putting in dental measurements to proceed. Program says 4 lessons but only shows the first one with no easy way to skip to the next lesson. Set playback speed to 2x, keeps resetting to 1x. I want to like this app and I’ve been a longtime supporter of John & Mike Mew, but this needs to be cleaned up. I see multiple 1-star reviews pointing out similar issues. Get on the ball developers. Fix the bugs. Canceled subscription.

I’m having an issue where the app seems to forget me and asks me the intro questions every time i open it. Why am I here, when did i start mewing, etc. Those answers shouldn’t be expected to change between tuesday and friday. Today it even asked me to take my profile photos again. The first ones I took three days ago are gone. As I understand it, we only need to take them once a month. Either I don't know how to work this app or the app has a bug.

The content seems chockfull of quality exercises/educational vids, however the app has some fresh launch bugs on iOS including: camera sometimes does not take progress photos, the body dysmorphia/jaw joint health test mentioned during signup were not provided to me, progress photos on the profile page sometimes appear blank. Hoping the bugs can be fixed in the near future!
