When you’re in pain, your brain doesn’t function properly and you can’t remember all the details and specifics of the exercises you’re shown while in the office. This app is awesome with the videos of exactly how to do the exercises what to watch out for and what part of the body you should be feeling it in when you do it. It also includes a timer so you can have an alarm go off when you’re finished. The only suggestion I have is to add a counter for those when you have to do a certain number of repetitions of something and you can keep track of how many times you’ve done it. Such a great tool!

Yet, another app that wasn’t ready for prime time before released to the innocent, albeit not always tech savvy, public. Right from the beginning there were problems. Setting up was a mess and because of that, apparently, two accounts were set up at once. Once that was discovered and the developers tried to fix it, at least I was able to get into the app to get my exercises and actually use it. From there I’ve had on going problems. Example; On the app I set the time I would like to receive a notification whether I have completed my exercise program. Despite both myself and the Airrosti Doctor having both set the time for me to receive the prompt at “9:00am”, it arrives at the ODD time of 7:02pm! We’ve reset it several times and it still comes at 7:02pm! It seems that everyone has given up getting the app to run smoothly, including myself. As long as I can see my exercise program and do it, I’m fine.

Whenever I have an issue with my back. I know where to go and know that I will soon be feeling better. I have a back injury that had me in pain for years. Dr I went too told me the only way my back pain would go away was if I was born again and my weight didn’t help. At that point and time, I wasn’t carrying as many pounds as I do now. I went to Airrosti and on the first day i walked out pain free. That was in 2020. My back tends to need a bit of help every 2 years lol. I have been there 2022 and now 2024. I go for a couple of visits and I am ready to go. Highly, Highly recommend. By the way. Dr Kayla Gonzales and Raul are the best!

Their marketing is true. They fix pain fast. I have used them twice for different areas of pain. The first visit was for my neck and after 5 visits, I haven’t had to go back and I continue to utilize the exercises that were taught The second visit was for SI pain and I went three times and the pain had decreased by 70%. However, after the last visit, upon waking up this morning, it feels 90% better with only soreness after the manual manipulations. I would recommend this therapy for pain to get a quick release. Dr. Brittany does excellent work and is very personable.
