Much to my relief, I’ve definitely begun to see differences on the low FODMAP diet and since using this app. It was timely, since I started right before a vacation and continued while vacationing, which was something I’ve dreaded for years given my constant symptoms. For the first time in years, I did not experience pain and bloating that increased throughout the day, and while I’m not yet “normal”, the improvement is significant. I feel like I have something to look forward to again — knowing that I can actually improve, instead of “accepting” that my symptoms were chronic. I enjoy the ease of use of the app to track my symptoms and my program, the directory, and the knowledge bank to further educate myself. The only thing I wish I could do (maybe I just haven’t figured out how) would be to reset if needed — for instance, if I didn’t get to log or follow my program satisfactorily for at least a few days, I’d like to be able to reset where I am (what day) in the program. Anyway, in summary and as someone who suffers from other ailments, it’s indescribable relief I feel where am on track to properly managing one of the most frustrating ones.

Simple, easy, and informative

I’ve been looking for help guide me during my FODMAP journey. I’ve tried and downloaded so many apps that obviously didn’t work. I usually don’t write reviews but I, personally, have been impressed with this. The design of the app is simple. There’s no fluff. There is informative information to help you on days with bloating, constipation, etc. A list of rated food lists (HIGH - LOW FODMAP). And! The recipes are SO GOOD! I haven’t had one yet that made me go.. ugh. And there simple. I’m not a great cook, never claimed to be and never will. I hate cooking… but with my circumstances obviously I’m forced too. And I’ve been excited too cause they do normal foods like pasta which I love! Highly recommend this app if you’re looking for a way to help you through the diet and a way to be reintroduced. Haven’t gotten there yet but, I see that there is a plan for it!!

I don’t like downloading multiple apps so having this app where you can plan meals specific to your diet, track your health, and it gives you tips/info on how to prevent symptoms?! Amazing, I love this app :)

The start date can’t be set back in time which means you spend four weeks on the elimination phase. If you get this app three weeks after you’ve been in elimination, then you’ll need to wait four more before you can get any information about the re-introduction phase. When looking at the weeks in the meal plans, you can’t go back in time to see what you had previously made and eaten. you cannot download recipes to PDF making them hard to save. Recipes are OK.
